It’s a very authentic uncommercial place. The taste is very fresh and it’s totally worth your time. I had stake with fries and egg. The fries are home made and tasty. I highly recommend the authentic Francesineha. The vibe is really amazing the pace gets filled up so quickly.

Such a nice little Restaurant. At lunch time it wasnt overrun by other Tourists but the food and service were spotless. The Francesinha was so good! The sauce wasn't as thick as others and way more tomato-y, which was nice, and didn't taste like convenience.

If you’re looking for Francesinha, then look no further. The food is delicious, with generous portions at a reasonable price. This is made better by the owners and the welcome they give to all their customers. There is a reason the locals queue outside the door for this place…

Real local restaurant, very typical with excellent food for a very low price. The guy does not speak English but we managed to understand each other.

You are in Porto and want a Francesina? This is the place to go...period. Super-local feel to the place. Friendly and approachable owners happy to share their pride in making a supreme version of comfort food. Smother everything in sauce - the owner will happily provide you with any amount necessary to get you through the meal. Commit to a full set: order with egg and French fries. And when you're done: get a strong spirit to help your stomach digest. Leave as a fully sated and happ person.

The best Francesinho in town. We felt very welcome by the owners and the food was amazing. Super authentic, everything is self made here. Absolutely fair prices for the quality you get.

Best dinner in Porto! With a very nice waiter. It’s better to come very hungry (portions are big) and just after it’s opened (7:30PM), because later it’s really crowded with locals (even local police eats here!) and tourists. Prices are very reasonable, I recommend house vine for 3,5€ 👌👌
